In line with the implementation of administrative and employment regulations of University of Medical Sciences, in order to perform the duties of correspondence and to prepare the drafting of the staffing, to supply personnel rules, such as transfer, restoration of rights, vacation, rank advancement, class, mission, overtime pay, reward and punishment, and the like, to evaluate the personnel and review their implementation process in the view of the superior authorities and compliance with laws and regulations, to prepare statistical reports to the superior, to keep track of the employees responsible for staffing bill, to do tasks related to retirement of employees, and control the entry and an output of personnel, employment unit was created to advance the goals of the hospital. In 2014, this unit issued 289 counts of staffing warrant and employed 28 workers based on new plan; keeping track of all personnel files regarding the transfer of pension contributions to the Pension Fund was regarded in this unit, too.
