have tried to increase the satisfaction of the personnel and the patients, to set policies and adopt appropriate methods to achieve the desired goals, to plan for promoting the quality and continuous improvement activities to provide services, to plan for educating the patient and their family, to participate in research projects, to define and estimate the required staffing levels in the nursing sector, to hold the relevant meetings for solving the problems, to meet the training needs of the staff, to plan for monitoring visits of sections and team effort in order to eliminate existing deficiencies, to participate in and monitor on a monthly schedule. The total number of personnel of nursing office, including nurses and nurse aid and secretaries, was 155 people; in 2014, the personnel of the new plan was22 people. The personnel of the finished plan was 11 people; and the temparily employed personnel was 30 peopl in 2014.
